2.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform operated by Raelume. By accessing or using the Platform, placing an order, or creating an account,
you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do
not use the Platform.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or be using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or
legal guardian, to place an order. By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal
capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2.3 Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all
activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete
information during registration and to promptly update such information as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

2.4 Products, Pricing and Availability

• We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, fabrics, and details accurately;
however, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or the
handcrafted/handloom nature of certain garments, and such variations do not constitute a
defect.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive/exclusive of
applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at our
discretion, without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and
issue a full refund.

2.5 Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of an order confirmation by
us; a confirmation does not guarantee product availability.
• We accept payments through the payment methods listed at checkout, processed via our third-
party payment gateway partner(s). We do not store your card or banking credentials.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of
suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, in which case any amount paid will be
refunded.

2.6 Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and communicated at checkout or via order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, remote locations, customs (for international

orders), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please refer to our Return, Refund & 
Cancellation Policy for provisions relating to returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

2.7 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including designs, logos, product images, photographs, text, and
graphics, is the property of Raelume or its licensors and is protected under
applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative
works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

2.8 User Conduct

You agree not to:
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise
objectionable;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its systems, or other users' accounts;
• interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, including through malware, scraping, or
automated access.

2.9 Limitation of Liability

Raelume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising out of your use of the Platform or purchase of products, to the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an order shall not
exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

2.10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Raelume, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or
misuse of the Platform.

2.11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms, if any, described herein, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

2.12 Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Platform
with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
